Ha az \u00e9rintett a Smart Digital Kft. \u00edgy meghozott d\u00f6nt\u00e9s\u00e9vel nem \u00e9rt egyet, illetve ha a Smart Digital Kft. a hat\u00e1rid\u0151t elmulasztja, az \u00e9rintett \u2013 a d\u00f6nt\u00e9s k\u00f6zl\u00e9s\u00e9t\u0151l, illetve a hat\u00e1rid\u0151 utols\u00f3 napj\u00e1t\u00f3l sz\u00e1m\u00edtott 30 napon bel\u00fcl \u2013 b\u00edr\u00f3s\u00e1ghoz fordulhat.<\/h4>\n<h4>Az \u00e9rintett a jogainak megs\u00e9rt\u00e9se eset\u00e9n, a Smart Digital Kft. ellen b\u00edr\u00f3s\u00e1ghoz fordulhat.
